Kathleen D. Fleming, Office Manager, Charlottesville/ St. Charles, served as Administrative Assistant for Bill Achenbach for 22 years prior to the merger of W. L. Achenbach & Associates and Signature Financial Management in late 2007. In that role she wore many hats, including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, and worked directly with WLAA clients on a host of daily administrative matters. At Signature, Kathy continues her administrative role with Charlottesville-based clients. Prior to joining WLAA, Kathy served in a variety of office and client administration roles for Chicago-based financial services companies, including Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth, Inc., Stein, Roe & Farnham and Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co. She and her husband Jim have two grown sons, and live in St. Charles, Illinois.
