Kathleen Boyles is the Director of Arrow/ATI Business Development and joined Arrow Electronics in 1987. Beginning her career in field sales with the North American Components Group, she was an Inside Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and served as the General Manager for two selling divisions. At the request of the CEO, she developed and managed the Pathways Program, a college-recruitment program that offered a comprehensive one-year training and placement within the Arrow organization.Kathleen has managed multiple corporate projects including the development of the Arrow global Intranet.Joining the Arrow ECS Group in 2003, Kathleen and her team developed a web based partner portal and she recently worked within the ECS HP Group. She joined Alternative Technology after the Arrow acquisition in December 2006. Her diverse background enables her to work closely with the Arrow ECS selling groups in developing full product solution sets.Kathleen is based at Alternative Technology’s corporate headquarters in Englewood, CO. |
