Kathy Bourn is responsible for Essextec’s contractual relationships with IBM, Arrow/Support Net, state and local governments, and a number of independent software vendors. Ms. Bourn also manages the firm’s participation in IBM and Arrow partner programs and initiatives. She is a member of the Essextec Compensation Committee and coordinates training for the firm’s sales team. Prior to joining Essextec, Ms. Bourn was a Personnel Specialist in the International HR Division of KPMG. She holds a BA degree in History from Alverno College. |
