Kathleen Barry-Wacaser, Ph.D., Vice President / Legal Recruiter. has a legal search and recruiting practice focused on client firms and candidates primarily in Philadelphia / Delaware Valley.

Kathleen joined the Lloyd Prescott organization as a legal recruiter continuing a successful recruiting career working with legal professionals in the top law firms and prior to that, ten years experience in human resources management.

Kathleen brings to the Lloyd Prescott organization the same integrity, creativity, experience and vision that has always brought her success. Her background enables her to find for her clients attorneys who have the proven credentials that her clients seek.

Kathleen is an alumnus of Binghamton University and earned her Masters and PhD degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida where she is an adjunct instructor. Kathleen is also a founding board member of Wheels of Success, a non-profit organization that provides personal transportation solutions to keep families working.
