Kathleen T. Cunningham is an associate in the Real Estate and Environmental Practice Groups. Kathleen's practice focuses on real estate issues pertaining to zoning and land use. She has considerable experience preparing, negotiating and presenting applications for zoning relief, including zoning map amendments, variations, annexations, special use permits and planned unit developments. Kathleen has also counseled clients on the types of zoning relief and amendments available for the development of real property and the procedures involved with obtaining such zoning relief and amendments.
Kathleen helps clients with the preparation and submission of applications for various licenses and permits, including business licenses, liquor licenses and building permits. She has also drafted and negotiated purchase, sale and lease agreements relating to retail, commercial and industrial real estate.
