Mrs. Minta Todoroff joined the company in December 2005. With 10 years’ exempt Human Resource experience, her business environments have ranged from a privately-held family-owned industrial machine builder, to a public-sector skilled nursing facility, to a publicly traded Fortune 500 industrial sector business unit with global responsibilities. She holds two bachelor degrees, one in Russian Studies and one in History, from Grand Valley State University. Mrs. Minta Todoroff has held progressively responsible positions as a HR Director at Textron and Jackson County Medical Care Facility where she gained experience in development and implementation of corporate initiatives and programs, execution of organizational redesign, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, international policy development, global recruitment, and compliance issues. A background of Six Sigma Green Belt training and four years as an ISO Quality Project Manager provide a disciplined continuous improvement approach to the workings of her Internal Business Unit. As the leader of Human Capital, Mrs. Minta Todoroff is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, Communication, Security, Facilities & Administration, and Information Technology. |
