Kathleen M. O誰eill 53 of Toronto ON was an Executive Vice President with BMO Bank of Montreal until January 2005. Ms. O誰eill is a director of TSX Group Inc. and Hydro One Inc. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and chairs its Health Care Task Force. Ms. O誰eill is a past-Chair of the Board of St. Joseph痴 Health Centre in Toronto and is active on several other non-profit boards.
