Kathleen M. Hogaboom joined the firm in 1990 and is a partner in the firm’s real estate department. Ms. Hogaboom specializes in commercial real acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing. Her experience also includes financings and workouts as well as general corporate work.
The clients she has represented include: JMB Realty Corporation, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Alper Development, George Smith Partners, Home Savings and McCaslin Properties.
Ms. Hogaboom received her J.D. in 1980 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. In 1973, she received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she majored in political science and History.
Ms. Hogaboom has been a member of the real estate section of the State Bar of California since 1988 and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women.
