Ms. Gray is our Director of Claims Administration and brings over 22 years of experience in the medical insurance field. Ms. Gray began her career at CIGNA working as a Benefit Specialist. She then moved to claims administration and spent over seven years with the TPA AtlantiCare Administrators, Inc. in New Jersey. Here she enjoyed positions of increasing responsibility in claims management and system administration, and gained extensive experience and training on the LuminX Benefit Administration System, the system used by 21st Century Health & Benefits. Ms. Gray is also a licensed agent for Life and Health Insurance. |
