Ms. Wieneke has been with the firm since 1986 and a partner since 1993. She practices in the areas of governmental liability defense, road design, police, and corrections, employment, insurance, insurance bad faith, life and health insurance law. Ms. Wieneke received her law degree, with High Distinction, from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1986. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Wieneke is a Judge Pro Tem for Maricopa County and is admitted to practice in Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
