Kathleen Trinward is an Associate in the firm's Environmental and Real Estate Transactions practice groups. Ms. Trinward assists with environmental and real estate matters relating to hazardous waste and petroleum contamination, voluntary cleanup programs, and brownfields. During law school, Ms. Trinward interned with the firm's Environmental group, and assisted with matters relating to the environmental aspects of real estate transactions. She also spent a summer as a legal intern with a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regional office where she focused on the superfund law, the Clean Water Act, and administrative orders related to storm water permit violations.
