Kathleen H. Luzik is a managing director of NCB, and chief operating officer of the wholly owned subsidiary NCB, FSB, with oversight for loan and deposit operations in support of the personal, multifamily and commercial lines of business.
Ms. Luzik joined NCB in 1991, and has held positions as a real estate underwriter and lender, business development officer, vice president of secondary marketing, and managing director of real estate loan servicing. In 1999, she was named managing director, responsible for all real estate-related operational activities of the Real Estate Group, overseeing origination and servicing.
Prior to joining NCB, Ms. Luzik was a financial analyst for the Patrician Financial Company (currently a division of Berkshire Mortgage Finance).
Ms. Luzik received a bachelor's degree from Villa Maria College of Gannon University in Erie, PA. She is a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the National Association of Housing Cooperatives.
