Kathleen Campbell Davis joined Campbell & Levine as an associate in the Wilmington office in 2002. Ms. Davis concentrates her practice on Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts, mass tort bankruptcies, and preference actions.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Davis served on the University's Sutherland Cup Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition Team and was an active member of the Pitt Legal Income Sharing Foundation, a student organization that provides summer grants to students who work in public interest positions.
A recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Bankruptcy as well as the Award for Excellence in Feminist Legal Theory, Ms. Davis worked for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Civil Litigation Division and served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Lawrence O'Toole.
Ms. Davis was admitted to the Bar in 2002, Delaware, and 2003, Pennsylvania . Since 2003, Ms. Davis has been a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware as well as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. |
