Kathleen A. Hardee has over 23 years experience representing clients in business disputes, securities and investment disputes, product liability issues and disputes relating to the transportation industry. She has tried many cases, including several high profile matters which drew substantial attention of the press. Ms. Hardee serves as national litigation counsel for many of her business clients and she has defended them in disputes as well as represented them at trial throughout the country. She also works with and advises clients in matters of risk avoidance by performing analysis in an attempt to reduce litigation exposure.
Types of clients include: independent investment advisors or money managers; businesses in commercial disputes; businesses doing work on a national or international basis; businesses looking to proactively work to minimize their liability risks; businesses that manufacture products for which they have or could be sued for injuries relating to those products; transportation carriers and brokers.
