Professional Experience
Ms. Hill works closely with attorneys and clients on a range of land use, water resources, and related entitlement matters. Ms. Hill has more than twenty years of experience in planning, real estate development and project management. Prior to joining Weston Benshoof, Ms. Hill worked in the wireless telecommunications industry where she prepared and processed entitlement applications and negotiated approvals with public agencies throughout Southern California. Her land use experience includes working as a planner for the City of Riverside and the City of Perris. She has also worked as a planning consultant on residential and commercial projects, the City of Indio General Plan, subdivisions, zoning code amendments and specific plans.
