As the Chief Financial Officer Ms. Richards works closely with all Departments to ensure they have the necessary tools to measure their performance and that Corporate resources are used efficiently. The CFO works closely with Ownership regarding all aspects of the financial resources required to enable the Company to achieve its initiatives.
Ms. Richards has over 20 years of experience including 13 years in Public Accounting. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting in 1986 and her CPA Certification in 1988. Ms. Richards is also an ongoing member of AICPA, California Society of CPA’s, and Construction Financial Managers Association. |
