Ms. Inorio joined OFS in 1998 and is the head of OFS's Origination and Underwriting Group. She is responsible for all origination and underwriting and sits on the Credit, Investment and Executive Committees. Prior to joining OFS, Ms. Inorio was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Heller Financial, Inc. Ms. Inorio was responsible for underwriting, negotiating, and closing new business transactions as well as portfolio management of cash flow senior loans. Ms. Inorio began her career with KPMG, where she was responsible for supervising manufacturing company and real estate audits. Ms. Inorio holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
