Ms. Pratt's practice focuses on commercial litigation, transportation law, employment law and workers' compensation. She has experience in state and federal court in Colorado and Illinois, where she is licensed and an active member of the bar. Ms. Pratt was admitted to practice in Illinois in November, 2002 and in Colorado in May, 2005. She also has considerable experience in taking and defending depositions, case management, client relations, participation in settlement negotiations, retention of experts, and motions practice. Ms. Pratt received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago in 2002 where she earned distinctions for the highest grades in both Legal Writing and Antitrust Law. She practiced extensively in Chicago before relocating to the Denver area in January 2005. Ms. Pratt received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University Ohio in 1998 where she graduated magna cum laude. At Miami University Ms. Pratt was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Pratt was an associate at a firm of more than 200 attorneys in Chicago as well as a boutique litigation firm in Denver. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association. Ms. Pratt is conversant in French. |
