Katherine has 17 years of customer service experience, 10 of which have been in management. She also has experience in command center/traffic control, corporate training, sales/continuous improvement strategies and directing and implementing various operations teams. She is responsible for the day to day management of the customer service area, the coordination between all departments on process improvement and efficiency and maintenance of customer account database.Katherine is happily married to her husband Corey, together they have 4 beautiful boys, Travis - 14, Gage - 13, Corbin - 11 and Dane - 9. They also have 2 wonderful dogs Luke, a black Lab/Dalmatian mix and Maggie, a Wiemaraner. The boys are very active in football, baseball, basketball and wrestling, their busy schedules keep the whole family very involved! The family also enjoys traveling to South Dakota and Minnesota to visit family. |
