Katherine G. Horigan is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Ms. Horigan is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Horigan served as a law clerk in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and worked for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing. Ms. Horigan graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University in 2001 with a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2005 where she was a member of Law Review and Order of Barristers and was a regional finalist at the trial moot court competition hosted by the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Also, Ms. Horigan was involved in the rewriting of the Pennsylvania Suggested Standard Criminal Jury Instructions during her time at Duquesne. |
