Ms. Lowenhar is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Las Vegas office and a member of the firm's Gaming Law and Corporate & Business groups. Ms. Lowenhar brings significant experience in matters of gaming and liquor licensing, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate work and contract preparation. Ms. Lowenhar also represents individuals and businesses before regulatory agencies, including the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Clark County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board, and the Las Vegas City Council. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lowenhar completed an externship in the Office of the Federal Defender. While in law school, she participated on the Moot Court National Team, the Moot Court Review Board, and was a national quarterfinalist as a member of the Moot Court Securities Law Team. |
