Originally on the YN start-up team in 2000, Karoline brings us online activism, community, and web technology expertise. She has been a consultant for Grassroots Enterprise, CTSG, and Kintera; an adviser for Tavis Smiley Group's Covenant with Black America, the United Nations Millennium Campaign, Amnesty International USA, California Charter Schools Association, Organic Valley, Housing California, Save the Children, Progressive Majority, the National Horse Protection League, and the Pew Center for Global Climate Change. Karoline is also a yoga teacher; when she worked in the SF office, she forced everyone to do yoga with her on a weekly basis! She loves to cruise Chicago dog parks with her puppy and spend the rest of her time wrangling different animals around her house--when she's not hanging out at the lake or at her neighborhood coffee shop snagging free wi-fi where, like Cheers, everyone knows her name.
