Karol S. Robinson, an associate with the firm, devotes her practice to real estate and general transactional matters. She works out of the firm’s New York City office.
Karol has developed a hands-on, direct working relationship with the directors and agents for many of the firm’s cooperative housing and not-for-profit clients. She regularly advises clients on day-to-day operational and corporate governance matters, and attends board of directors, special and shareholder meetings. On behalf of the firm’s co-op clients, she also negotiates and drafts commercial leases, construction contracts, vendor agreements and assists with real estate financing transactions.
Over the years, Karol has been an active volunteer with various New York groups including New York Cares, the Fresh Air Fund, and presently with the Lawyers Alliance for New York, a provider of pro bono business and transactional legal services for non-profit organizations. |
