She has recruited senior general management and key executives responsible for major growth initiatives, completing assignments for Country Directors, Managing Directors, and Vice Presidents of operations, manufacturing, finance, technology, research, human resources, sales, and marketing. Before entering the search profession, Karin was Corporate Banking Deputy Manager at Citibank, N.A. in Lima. While with Belcorp, Peru’s largest cosmetics and personal care company, Karin was Campaign Director of Marketing, overseeing the company’s marketing in Colombia. Karin began her career with a pharmaceutical company as a Product Manager with responsibility for an international medical hospital product line. Karin holds a Licentiaship in economics from the Universidad de Lima and pursued post-graduate studies. She serves as vice president of Owit Peru and is a former Board member of the America Chamber of Commerce’s Human Resource Committee. Karin was a member of the peruvian olympic swimming team of 1984 and held 7 South American champion titles. Karin is based in the firm’s Lima office. |
