Kari D. McKelvie is a corporate paralegal with the law firm of Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C. With more than 15 years experience in a variety of legal disciplines, she been with the firm for over 10 years. She specializes in matters involving estate and business planning. She regularly assists firm lawyers in implementing estate planning and business succession planning strategies; the formation and ongoing legal compliance of business entities, including corporations and limited liability companies; obtaining Tax Exemption status for nonprofit corporations; obtaining Solicitation licenses; closing asset and stock purchase agreements and merger and acquisition transactions; representing borrowers and lenders in bank financing and SBA Loans; and preparing documentation related to these matters.
