Karen Zelden joined Smith Anderson as Director of Client Development in 2005. She brings over 20 years of business development, marketing, client relations, legal recruiting and training experience gained from working in law firms, corporate legal departments and with legal service providers. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Marketing Manager for an international law firm and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a legal services provider. She has authored published articles on topics of interest to the legal industry including how legal staff and managers can provide value to their organizations and has facilitated presentations and training on a variety of career coaching, legal recruiting and legal marketing topics. Karen’s professional association and community activities include membership in the Association of Legal Administrators and the Legal Marketing Association. |
