Karen joined Professions, Inc. in July 2007 as Network Recruiter. While in college, Karen held positions as a Marketing Assistant to Miami University's Sports Marketing Department and as an assistant to a sport and entertainment public relations/marketing firm in downtown Cincinnati. Karen recognizes the importance of building positive relationships with others and has a professional yet friendly approach to every situation.

Karen graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies and studied Management as her Thematic Sequence. Throughout college, Karen was active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Asian American Association, and Intramural broomball. Karen is attending Xavier University in the fall to attain her Master's degree in Sport Administration.
