Karen or KK, as she prefers to be called draws on 15 years in patient recruitment to provide operational and management leadership for BBK Worldwide's specialized creative and design group, EP Studio. Under her management, EP Studio provides solutions to healthcare branding challenges, whether marketing approved products, conditioning the market for investigational treatments, or supporting research sites with educational and outreach materials for patients. With long-standing experience in client management, quality control, and campaign implementation, KK works with BBK's partner communications agencies in key locations throughout the world to optimize the cultural adaptation process for patient and physician outreach materials used in multinational campaigns. During her tenure at BBK, KK has managed client patient recruitment campaigns, ensuring that projects completed on-time, on-budget, and with the highest quality. She has also helped establish the company's ability to respond to marketplace demands for fluid and dynamic financial structures. Through continuous evaluation of systems, KK instituted improvements all the way from initial contractual agreements down to the details of project trafficking and staffing decisions. As a result of her efforts, individual business objectives have been met within project parameters and with complete client satisfaction. She has worked on accounts in every therapeutic area supported by BBK. KK recently authored an article on multinational patient recruitment published in BioExecutive International. She is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a bachelor's degree in political science. |
