Ms. Pass joined TCS after having served for eight years as Regional Director of Operations for Spectrascan Health Services, Inc. While at Spectrascan, she managed the daily operation of fifteen off-site imaging centers and was responsible for in-service training for new and current technologists, staffing and management of personnel, technical troubleshooting and overseeing state and federal site accreditations and inspections. Ms. Pass has also served as a Staff and Lead Sonographer at several hospitals and health centers.

Karen received her B.S. degree in Health Arts from the University of Saint Francis and graduated from Chestnut Hill School of Radiologic Technology. Her credentials include certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography and mammography, and the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. She is a member of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and the Greater Delaware Valley Ultrasound Society.
