Ms. O'Brien has more than 25 years experience in marketing management, sales, customer service/client care, strategic account management, and organizational development. Ms. O'Brien has served as a senior executive in the healthcare industry in managed care organizations and major health care systems. She has been accountable for client and broker relationships and strategic partnerships with a wide variety of Fortune 1000 companies and government entities. Ms. O'Brien holds an undergraduate degree in Multi-Media Management, a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration, and is an organizational psychology PhD candidate. A torchbearer in the 2002 Olympics, she has been profiled in Sacramento Magazine and on NBC's "Today Show.
