Karen has twenty-five years of secondary market experience in the mortgage lending industry. Karen and her staff currently maintain over seven thousand client loan products currently stored in the LenderLive product library. Karen’s credentials also include management of the closing departments at both FirstPlus Financial and Prism Mortgage, including FHA, VA and conventional loan products, and post-closing responsibilities. During her tenure at WestAmerica Mortgage, Karen gained additional expertise in document management, and coordination of sale and delivery of second mortgage bulk sales. |
