Karen McKoy M.D. is a medical dermatologist on the Lahey Clinic Senior Staff and affiliated with Harvard and Tufts Medical Schools since 1980. She is board certified in internal medicine and dermatology with her medical training at the University of Alabama and Yale, and her dermatology training at Harvard. She has also done post-graduate training in medical informatics through the National Library of Medicine fellowship at the Marine Biological Institute and has recently earned a Master of Public Health in International Health at the Harvard School of Public Health. Other recent work includes serving as a research consultant for the Ehealth working group of the Canadian National Research Council's Institute for Information Technology. She has also served as a medical director for Logical Images in Rochester, NY and continues to work at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. Her international volunteer work has focused on dermatology education and teledermatology work with the International Society of Teledermatology. |
