For the past seven years, Karen has played a lead role in defining and promoting best practices across the software-as-a-service market with industry trailblazers Intranets.com and WebEx Communications.
As Intranets.com's chief marketing officer, Karen drove all of the company’s marketing efforts, including product planning and management, web marketing, public relations, and customer service. As VP of WebEx WebOffice, she championed the industry’s leading on-demand collaboration platform. With more than 25 years of software and SaaS marketing, product management, and development experience, Karen is currently forming a new venture called MarketingFusion.
