Karen has worked in the banking industry in her hometown for her entire career, beginning as a part-time teller at De Pere Federal Savings & Loan while attending St. Joseph Academy. She worked her way through college, and was promoted to a branch management position with De Pere Federal/Prime Federal Savings Bank upon earning her degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1985.
Karen was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1991 and to Vice President of Bank Mutual (formerly De Pere Federal/Prime Federal/First Northern) in 1999. She joined the Nicolet National Bank team in 2003 as Vice President/Branch Manager of our De Pere office.
Karen is active with the De Pere Rotary Club, De Pere Business Association and the Brown County Home Builders Association, and serves as a board member for Integrated Community Services. |
