Karen Keppel joined On Assignment in June of 1998. Ms. Keppel is responsible for managing numerous areas of centralized support, including Payroll, Service Center, Ops Central and Branch Services. During her six year tenure with On Assignment, she has also managed other functional areas including the Appointment Center, Candidate Marketing, Human Resources, Training and Recruiting. She was part of the PeopleSoft implementation team and continues to work with the IT team on new enhancements to the company’s system.
Prior to joining On Assignment, she served as Manager of Customer Service for Prudential Healthcare’s Los Angeles Regional Claims Division. Ms. Keppel has over 15 years of experience managing call centers, including outsourced startup projects with Teletech Telecommunications for Continental Airlines and Reno Air.
Ms. Keppel also served five years in the banking industry as Assistant Vice President for Columbia National Bank and Commonwealth Bank, managing the Asset Based Lending department.
