Karen Doerner, shareholder of Kolb+Co., has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience. As an audit shareholder, she is responsible for coordinating client service and reviewing all audit workpapers. Karen also reviews technical accounting matters and financial statements. She has performed internal control reviews for clients to minimize errors or potential fraudulent activity. She has gained hands-on experience through positions such as corporate controller, vice president of finance and administration, operations manager and auditor. Karen is especially adept at reviewing a client's processes and procedures to maximize productivity and reduce or eliminate inefficiencies.
