Experience
Karen Cox has extensive experience litigating jury trials in federal and state courts and has successfully litigated many complex cases to jury verdict. She has handled appeals in federal and state courts and has argued many cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Cox has also represented court-appointed bankruptcy trustees in actions to recover fraudulently-transferred assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.
