Karen oversees the firm's accounting, marketing, vendor relations, procedure and technology training, and research functions.
Since joining the firm in 2006, Karen spearheaded the creative conception and tactical launch of the TBA brand, streamlined internal processes, and created operational cost efficiencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen performed brand management and marketing communications consulting for several regional and national business-to-business service providers. Most recently, she was a brand champion at Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate transaction and advisory firm, where she managed marketing departments in several of its local markets. She was also tapped by corporate senior management to create and implement marketing initiatives and build a marketing model for implementation throughout North America.
