Karen Chesrown is senior vice president of Enterprise Strategic Services. This includes oversight of the Office of Strategy Development and Implementation (OSDI), the Center for Process Excellence (CPE), and the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO). Ms. Chesrown has more than 35 years experience at HCSC managing in administrative and customer service operations, information technology, program and project management, and enterprise transition efforts. She served as vice president of OSDI, where she headed the development and rollout of HCSC’s five-pillar strategy and 5-year plan. She currently serves as staff to the Emerging Issues Committee of the HCSC Board of Directors. Ms. Chesrown also coordinates merger and acquisition activity and serves as chief of staff to the HCSC president and CEO. Ms. Chesrown received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana) and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
