Joining MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 1994 as an Associate Broker, Karen S. Deeley focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office buildings in the Baltimore Metropolitan region. Currently, as the Manager of the brokerage division, Karen is responsible for all management functions of the division, which includes overseeing 30 sales and leasing associates and the administrative staff located in four offices. In addition, Karen assists in developing and coordinating all marketing and business development strategies for the company. Karen's background is in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Karen was a vice president of the First National Bank of Maryland in the commercial real estate division where she was involved in all aspects of commercial real estate and construction lending. Some of her projects included the Risteau at Rockland in Baltimore County, the Paper Mill in Georgetown - Washington, DC and Rouse’s Harborplace in Baltimore. Karen is an active member of the President’s Advisory Committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce. Karen has over 25 years of experience in the financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate. |
