Ms. Garrison became a director in May 2004 and serves as chairperson of the company's nominating and corporate governance committee. She is currently executive vice president and chief administration and real estate officer at Pitney Bowes, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, she served as president of Pitney Bowes Business Services. In her 25 years with Pitney Bowes, Ms. Garrison has held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities, including vice president of operations, and vice president of finance and chief financial officer. She is a director and executive compensation committee member of Greenpoint Financial. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Rollins College in 1983 and her M.B.A. degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1986. |
