Karen Taylor provides transaction counsel to clients in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions practices. She is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of broad-based management and finance experience.
Prior to joining Oracle Capital, Ms. Taylor was a member of the senior management team of a start-up enterprise software company and was a partner with the Financial Relations Board. After graduating from the Harvard Business School, Ms. Taylor worked in the investment banking groups of Merrill Lynch & Co. and Banker's Trust where she primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering and other corporate finance transactions.
