Karen Levin advises the firm's energy and utility clients on a variety of regulatory and valuation matters, including environmental compliance, permitting and liability issues and the reduction of real property taxes. Her practice includes the prosecution of real property and special franchise tax related administrative and judicial proceedings.
Ms. Levin also advises and represents clients on trademark, service mark and copyright issues, including the preparation and filing of applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights in both administrative (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) and judicial proceedings. |
