Karen joined Lindquist & Vennum in 2007 after serving as a summer associate at the firm while pursuing her law degree. With a background in library science for the legal profession, Karen offers clients speed and thoroughness while conducting research. During her 13 years at the Minnesota State Law Library, she headed the departments of public services and outreach services. Her library career also included work as a solo librarian in a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm, managing all library functions and performing legal, business, public records, and legislative-history research.Karen’s volunteer work includes serving on the board of Everybody Wins Minnesota, a nonprofit reading program for elementary school students, and on the vision and governance board at University Lutheran Church of Hope. |
