Karen Ball Woods focuses her practice on bank regulatory matters, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Ms. Woods assists a wide variety of businesses with their corporate legal needs, including financing and securities matters, and assisting entrepreneurs in forming businesses. She also assists clients in various corporate and regulatory matters.
Ms. Woods received her law degree, summa cum laude, and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University in 1995. Before going into private practice, Ms. Woods served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John G. Baker, Indiana Court of Appeals.
