Mr.Kang Li | 40 was appointed as an Executive Director and Acting Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company on May 23 2007 after being appointed Chief Investment Officer of the Company on March 26 2007.Mr.Li obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Fudan University in 1987 and a Master's degree in Law from Xiamen University in 1995.He obtained the required qualifications of a lawyer in 1993. Mr.Li served as Senior Manager in Investment Banking Department of China Eagle Securities Co. Ltd.in 1996 and from 1997 to 2001 he held the position of Senior Manager in Investment Banking Department of China Merchants Securities Co. Ltd.Prior to joining the Company Mr.Li was Vice President of China Science & Merchants Venture Capital Management Co. Ltd. |
