During my 14 years in the software industry, I have had direct experience and responsibility in Project Management, Software Architecture, Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing and User Acceptance Testing. My experience includes four years of consultancy experience with ThoughtWorks, seven years of consultancy experience with PwC, and four years experience with large Utility companies. With seven years experience as Project Manager, Coach and Mentor I have covered all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for projects of various size (3-20 team members). I have deep experience in several different development processes and methodologies, including: Agile development methodologies (XP and Scrum),RUP, and PwCs formal software development methodology (SMM)I build strongly focused teams, by providing direction and mentoring to staff members.
