Kamran Jahanshahi joined the Truman Medical Centers' leadership in July 2005, assuming leadership for Technology, Ambulatory Services, Health Information Management, Quality Resources, Audit, Compliance, Strategic Projects Group and Organizational Effectiveness.
Jahanshahi is a newcomer to the healthcare industry. He joins Truman Medical Centers after a very successful international career with Citigroup. Jahanshahi's last position with Citigroup was the Senior Vice President of the internal consulting center of excellence for Citi Cards North America, Citigroup's market leading card business serving the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Mr. Jahanshahi started his Career with Citi in 1986 as a Customer Service Operations Manager with Citicorp Acceptance Company. Since then, he served in a number of key positions in many diverse businesses of Citibank in North America, South America and Europe.
Jahanshahi is an internationally recognized expert in the field of Lean Six Sigma, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. He is educated in US and abroad, speaks five languages, is a Deming fellow and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University in Chicago. |
