As Vice President and Head of Strategic Account Management, Kal Bittianda's responsibilities include the development and implementation of robust account management processes and forging effective partnerships with the delivery teams spanning EXL's three lines of business-business process outsourcing, research and analytics and risk advisory services. In his previous assignment, Kal spent five successful years as Principal of Inductis, an EXL subsidiary focused on high-end strategy and analytics for the financial services and insurance industries. Before joining EXL, Kal was Vice President of Strategy and Development at Stockback, and managed key consulting client relationships at Mitchell Madison Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. |
