Ms. Miller has a broad commercial and tort litigation practice and is experienced in successfully resolving disputes in federal and state courts, in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, and in facilitations before private mediators. Her practice focuses on cases involving contract disputes, consumer financial services, negligence, fraud, and insurance claims, and also is involved in cases involving pharmaceutical and toxic tort issues.
Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Miller served as an intern with Magistrate Judge Paul Komives and for the Honorable Judge Suhrheinrich of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. |
